Despite life under strict communist occupation in Poland, my father and mother taught me that the only limits were ones we had in our mind. Through their courage and integrity, I learned to trust the dream of an amazing future life. I remain eternally grateful to them, as my journey has been more than a dream realized, it has been a path of miracles.

Creating ANDA is a dream I have carried for many years. This is the culmination of a lifetime of learning and teaching; showing people how to live in healthy alignment. Designing and shaping these on-line courses has been a ten-year journey-- exhilarating and challenging-- but never a solo journey.

At each step I have been surrounded with the brilliance and love of wonderful people in my life. My heart overflows with gratitude for each of you who have listened to my dream, believed in my vision, and supported me with enthusiasm.

First and foremost, thank you my dearest Denis -- you have walked by my side every step of the way. To my beautiful daughters, Gabriela, and Alexandra, thank you for your keen insights, unending passion, and your generose gifted writing and graphics.

To my dear Nancy, your dedication to bring the vision of my project to a new level as producer and director, is matched only by our shared vision for a better world.
