EXPLORE STRESS PHASES

What is stress anyway? Does your stress come from outside or inside? How does your body speak when you are under stress? Once you understand stress and can identify the predominant emotion of how you react to stress, you will be able to see how you have filtered the outside world via the lenses of these emotions. Stress, regardless of what you may think or have been told, is never external, it’s an inner response.

Once we explore stress phases, you will learn ways to adapt to what happens and change the impact of stress in and on your life.
